Shipping & Returns

We use USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail as our primary shipping method. In most cases, orders that ship from our store will arrive in approximately 4 to 8 business days and we do our best process all personalized orders within 2 business days of receipt of your order.

Our rates for orders shipping inside the USA are as follows:

  • Orders Totaling: $0.01 – $9.99 = $5.99
  • Orders Totaling: $10.00 – $29.99 = $8.99
  • Orders Totaling: $30.00 – $79.99 = $15.99
  • Orders Over $80 = FREE!

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our goal is to provide you with a keepsake that will provide lifelong memories and enjoyment.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us by email at info@ornamentworkshop.com. Make sure you include the following:

  • Name
  • Order / Invoice number
  • A picture of the item

It is very important to contact us as quickly as possible so we can investigate the issue. We will only accept returns within twenty days of the original purchase.

If you have made a spelling error, please contact us using the instructions above. In certain cases we may be able to correct the issue. Keep in mind that several factors can hinder our capabilities, such as the type and finish of the item. All shipping costs in these situations will be the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the delicate nature of our product, items that are personalized are non-returnable.

We cannot return items for the following:

  • Alterations made to the ornament by the customer
  • Item is no longer wanted/needed
  • Customer submitted incorrect spelling/text
